Several years ago, my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with cancer. Like many who face this illness, I found myself overwhelmed—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
The treatments were difficult, and the stress, anxiety, and fear I felt seemed almost unbearable. I realized that I wasn’t just fighting for my body’s health—I was fighting for my emotional and spiritual well-being too.
It was during this time that I discovered the healing power of mindfulness and energy work. As I went through treatment, I began incorporating energy healing techniques into my routine.
I learned how to realign my energy, release emotional blockages, and find a sense of peace that carried me through even the toughest moments. Energy healing became a key part of my recovery, helping me regain balance in my life when everything felt out of control.



After years of practice and study, I developed the Quantum Mindfulness and Energy Shift Method™, which blends mindfulness practices with powerful energy alignment techniques.
